Hema Venkat is the best! I was all set with a well known bank for my case but on a friend's recommendation, contacted Hema Venkat in parallel without sharing details on the other bank. With her access to so many lender networks, she was not only able to get me a lower rate, but overall lower closing costs too. Apart from being dedicated and hardworking, she is genuinely very helpful by nature and answers any questions with patience which is well appreciated by a first time home buyer.
